West Central Chapter History
In 1988 the West Central Chapter was born. Members included Dick and Pat Braasch, Bill and Mary McAloon, Jim Jensen, Donny Payne, Ronnie Harrison, Ron Jungwirth, Jim Gibson and Bruce Schoenberger. All of these members were based out of Oshkosh and formed the first banquet that still lives on today.
The West Central Chapter works with local businesses to create a banquet that supports community involvement. The main goal for our chapter is to continue the tradition to younger generations to come. Starting members, Dick and Pat along with others built and donated a sturgeon shanty to the West Central Chapter banquet for 25 years until Dick’s passing.
